After you order, we draft your mug wrap and email a preview to approve.
Once you approve, we sublimate your wrap onto an 11oz ceramic mug and quality-check it.

Every mug is wrapped and packed in a sturdy box — ready to give straight from the post.
How it works
- You commission. Pick your machine, colour scheme and personalisation, and place the order.
- We draft & preview. Within 12–24 hours you’ll get a preview by email to approve or tweak.
- We produce & post. After approval we produce your mug, check it and dispatch. You’ll get a tracking link by email when it leaves us.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, tracked on every order. Typical transit times once your mug has been dispatched:
- United Kingdom — 3–5 working days
- Europe — 4–7 working days
- United States, Canada & Australia — 5–10 working days
- Rest of the world — 7–14 working days
Remember to add the 12–24 hours for your preview and 1–2 days production on top of these figures.
Shipping cost
One flat, tracked rate to anywhere in the world — £2.70 or $4.99, depending on the currency you’re shopping in. No distance surcharges, no weight bands, no surprises. It’s shown in full at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties & local taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by your own country. These are set by your local customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are outside our control — we can’t calculate or refund them. If you’re unsure, your national customs website is the best guide.
