Here’s how to find your commission at every stage — and how to reach us if anything looks stuck.
The journey of an order
- Preview (12–24 hrs). We email a preview to the address on your order. Approve it to start printing.
- In production (1–2 days). Once approved, your print is produced and checked.
- Dispatched (3–5 working days to arrive). When it ships we email you a tracking link.
Most “where is it?” questions are simply an order still waiting on a preview approval — so check your inbox (and spam) for an email from us first.
