Because you sign off the preview before we print, surprises are rare — but here’s exactly where you stand.

The preview is your safety net

Every commission is personalised and made to order. To make sure you’re happy, we send a preview for you to approve before anything is printed. Check the spelling, the plate, the colours and the details at that stage — it’s the moment to change anything.

Our 30-day promise

If your print arrives and something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us.

Damaged or faulty

If your print is damaged in transit or there’s a fault with what we sent, we’ll put it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Send a photo with your order number and we’ll sort it quickly.

Personalised & made-to-order items

Because each piece is custom-made to your specification and approved by you before printing, personalised prints generally can’t be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind — this doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. [Please confirm the exact wording of your change-of-mind policy so this matches your terms.]

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@blooprint.co.uk with your order number and, if relevant, a photo.
  2. We’ll reply with what to do next — usually we can resolve it without you sending anything back.
  3. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.
